Shipping

1. After confirmation of your order by MONERIS your order is automatically ready for download.  The link will appear for you or you can go to your account to find the link.  Your link will stay active for three days and you will have three attempts to download your purchase.

2. Most of our sessions are large audio or video files so you should have a good internet connection that will allow for downloading your file.   

3. You are responsible for making a back up of the session you purchased as we do not offer a courtesy download service should you lose it.

4. All orders are processed under the name of HFMEDIA.

Returns

1. Because the specifics of our services we do not provide the return of goods after they have already been sent.

2. If our system indicates you have downloaded a session or attempted to download a session we do not offer any refunds.  If you contact us before you attempt to download a session then you get back the entire amount as a refund.
